Active Minds Kids — Booking & Cancellation Terms
Single Sessions
Single-session bookings reserve a place for your child in a specific session.
If your child cannot attend because of illness or another reason, please contact us as soon as possible and, where possible, before the session begins.
A make-up session may be offered when space is available.
Monthly Memberships
Monthly memberships include the number of sessions stated in the selected membership.
Membership places are reserved for your child each month. No automatic or recurring payment
If your child misses a session, please contact us as soon as possible. A make-up session may be available subject to space.
Unused sessions cannot automatically be carried forward unless agreed with Active Minds Kids.
If Your Child Is Sick
If your child is unwell, please keep them at home.
Please let us know before the session starts. We will do our best to arrange a make-up session when availability allows.
Weather & Outdoor Sessions
Active Minds Kids activities are planned as outdoor sessions in Vienna.
If weather or other conditions make a session unsafe, Active Minds Kids may change, move or cancel the session.
If Active Minds Kids cancels a session, families will be offered an alternative session or appropriate credit.
Refund Policy
Monthly memberships are paid in advance and reserve a place for the child for that month.
If a child decides they do not want to continue, the remaining unused sessions are normally non-refundable.
If a family is travelling or cannot attend some sessions, the monthly membership is normally not refunded for those missed sessions.
If a child is sick and cannot attend, please contact us before the session. A make-up session may be offered, subject to availability.
If Active Minds Kids cancels a session, an alternative session or appropriate credit will be offered.
Any refund or cancellation rights required by Austrian law remain unaffected.
