📍All sessions take place outdoors in Augarten Park, Vienna. An alternative indoor venue is available in very bad weather.

What happens if my child is sick?
Yes. If you let us know at least 24 hours in advance, you can request to move the session to another available session.
Can I change my child's session?
Unfortunately, the session will normally count as used because the place was reserved for your child.
If your child is unwell, please keep them at home and let us know before the session begins. We will offer one make-up session, subject to availability.
Do you offer refunds?
For individual missed sessions, we generally offer a make-up session or credit rather than a cash refund. Any statutory consumer cancellation rights remain unaffected. See more in Terms page.
What happens if we don't attend and don't contact you?
What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety comes first. If weather conditions make the activity unsafe, we may cancel or move the session. Families will receive a make-up session or credit.
